Guarantees

Versioning​

The stability of the API is important to Complero so breaking changes do not affect existing Customers.

Old versions of the API are maintained for one year after they are deprecated, giving each customer enough time to migrate to a supported version of the API.

Expected API Changes​

Within one version of the API the following changes will be made by Complero without being considered breaking change and without notice:

  • Add additional endpoints
  • Extend a models data structure with new fields:
    • Adding new fields to an existing model
    • NOT renaming existing fields or models

Limits​

  • Rate limits - for technical reasons. The API is not usage limited
  • 1000 items per array (e.g. Contacts or events)
    • Can be changed when querying Complero, see the reference parameters for details
